Our interior compartments will fit 14 medium oval tablets, 30 small circular pills, 6 medium gel caps, 13 large circular pills, 4 big fish oil supplements, 4 bear-shaped gummies (no shame in our bear-shaped gummy game), or 4 large gel caps. That's a lot of pills.

Good question! Our classic pill boxes measure 5.5" wide x 2.5" long x .75" deep, with seven interior compartments measuring around .75" wide x 2.25" long x .5" deep. Our am/pm boxes measure 7.25" x 4.5" x 1", with two interior wells for both morning and evening pills.

We've tested our pillboxes on everything from fish oil supplements to prenatal vitamins, and you can fit as many or more pills in our pillboxes than you can in a traditional drugstore pillbox.

If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition to 541 49th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101. We're happy to send a return shipping label through the US Postal Service to ensure quick, convenient return service. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Hard to Open, Difficult to Use

One week with this pill box was enough for me to put it away. The individual day slots are too small and the lids are too difficult to open. The lids also have sharp edges, making them uncomfortable to handle. It looks nice but this pill box is not functional for me.

The cutest pill box there ever was! Doesn’t make me feel old and fits exactly the amount of pills/supplements I need (this will vary by size of capsule/tablet). Also easy to open and use, also easy to fit in my sling bag if I need to take it with me on the go!

Cutest pillbox

I’m just now routinely taking multiple supplements and needed a pillbox to keep track of everything.. but I didn’t want one of the ugly ones that would be me feel old. This pillbox checked all the boxes! It’s cute, easy to use, has AM/PM organization- everything I wanted and more!

almost perfect upgrade

this addresses my main issue with the original/single case of needing AM/PM (condensing my AM case & PM case to one = more compact). BUT it would be perfect if the AM and PM pods opened separately. you have to old in the PM pills while you shake out a day's AM pills. otherwise worth the $ & a lovely part of my travel kit!

Excellent customer service

I have two of the pillboxes for am and pm, and a tab hinge broke off after a couple of years of use. I tried to buy a replacement tab, but the owner fielded my request and shipped an entirely new case to me.
